We are beginners and 2nd graders and it's inevitable that our 1st topic is "Greetings".
WHAT DO WE DO?
Firstly, we watched a cartoon .
Students really enjoyed it :)
Then, we practiced the new phrases. And we had a coloring page. Students colored the pictures And so, they could practice the spelling of the phrases.
In the end, they made a short dialog.
But I love the point that while I was leaving the classrooom after the class, many of them calling out "Goodbye / See you" and waving :)
I love teaching...
